At KiKi D’s Dress Boutique, we go out of our way to make sure our clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Not only will your stylist will work closely with you to ensure you are comfortable with the price range of gowns selected, but also that you leave feeling your most beautiful!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All dresses purchased at KiKi D’s Dress Boutique, in-store or online, are final sale.
Q: What is the shipping cost for online purchases?
A: We offer free ground shipping on all US orders! International or expedited shipping will cost extra. Call us for more details on this!
Q: What if you don’t have the size or color dress I want in-stock at the store?
A: Not to worry - we are happy to order the size or color you want and call you once it’s in!
Please note that we require full payment of the dress at the time of ordering.
Q: What credit cards do you take?
A: We accept most major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as well as cash or personal check.
Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card charges.
Q: Do you offer alternations at your boutique?
A: At this time, we do not. However, we have a great list of local recommendations!
Q: What sizes do you carry in your boutique?
A: We offer sizes 0 to 30!
Q: Do I need to have an appointment to try on dresses?
A: No appointment is necessary, except for Sundays. Otherwise, we welcome walk-ins!
Q: Should I wear specific undergarments to try on dresses?
A: We recommend bringing ordinary undergarments and a strapless bra, which will allow you to better view the intended neckline of a gown.
Q: When do I need to bring a parent/guardian with me?
A: Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a parent/guardian, that is OVER the age of 21, with them to try-on and purchase a dress.
